or improvement needs. Click on the Request
Referrals link on our website to fill out an online
job request form or call us at (608) 781-3340 and
we will fax or mail you a request.
- Upon receipt of your job request, Reliable Referrals
will contact you to evaluate your project(s) and then
connect you with a home improvement professional(s).
- The professionals in our network will contact you
to discuss your project, schedule a meeting and/or
work.
- In most cases, after your meeting with a contractor,
you will receive an estimate for review.
- A Reliable Referrals representative will follow
up with you about your contractor meeting(s) and your
final decision regarding your home improvement project(s)
and the referred contractor(s).
- When you hire a contractor referred by us, we will
keep in touch with you during the course of the project.
After its completion, we encourage our clients to
fill out our Customer Satisfaction Survey Form, so
that Reliable Referrals can continue to offer only
the highest quality referrals.
- Please Note: When you hire a professional referred
by Reliable Referrals, you will arrange payment directly
with them as we do not accept payment on behalf of
any contractors.
